Two ways to help with a forgotten password

Reset password sets a temporary password and shows it to you once, so you can pass it on yourself.
Send new invite emails them a fresh invitation with a new temporary password.

Either way, their old password stops working, they're signed out everywhere, and they choose a new password at their next sign-in. Temporary passwords expire after 3 days. You can't reset your own password here.
